FAQs
Nervous dogs are a big part of what we do, and we take the time they need to settle. Owners tell us we have stayed late to help a worried pup feel comfortable.
Yes. Tell us the length, the shape and any detail you want kept, and we will do exactly that, and say so if we think something would suit the coat better.
We do, and we work at their pace. Customers have brought elderly dachshunds and senior spaniels to us alongside their puppies.
Bring your dog in and we will look at the coat and tell you honestly what can be done. Owners have come to us to have bad haircuts put right.
We are at 15 Shurdington Rd, Cheltenham GL53 0JB. We are open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sundays.
Give us a ring on 01242 587778 and we will find you a slot. Many owners rebook their next groom when they collect their dog.
